A civilian employed by Staffordshire Police to manage PASS activities. Member of Chartered Instiitue of Management. Marie has worked with county wide community initiatives in both Staffordshire and Shropshire. The networks developed enable project applicants to gain more than financial support from PASS.

Angela Tams Independent Trustee. Angela stayed on as a trustee of PASS at the end of her term of office. Angela has a business background in the pottery industry of Stoke on Trent Angela Tams   Mike Cunningham was appointed as Chief Constable in September 2009 and took up the nominated position as trustee and director of PASS representing Staffordshire Police.

His police career began when he joined Lancashire Constabulary in 1987. He has a wide range of experience in operational policing and developing neighbourhood policing in Lancashire. Mr Cunningham is the Association of Chief Police Officers’ lead for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transsexual portfolios. He is also Chair of the ACPO Counter Corruption Advisory Group.

David Pearsall Appointed trustee. Vice Chair of Staffordshire Police Authority appointed 2003. David is a magistrate, former Chairman of the Bench and retired head teacher. Dave Persall   Peter Atkins, OStJ, independent trustee appointed 2007. Retired Editor-in-Chief of the Staffordshire Newsletter for 25 years, director of the Burton Daily Mail and the Staffordshire Training and Enterprise Council . Peter chaired the Staffordshire Rural Economic Forum and the Taste of Staffordshire competition committee. He still writes and contributes a weekly column to the Express and Star newspaper. Mr Peter Vigurs
Peter is a nominated PASS trustee and director representing appointed in September 2009 following his appointment as Vice Chair of the Staffordshire Police Authority. Peter took early retirement in 2000, after twenty-seven years as a local government officer. He is currently Chair of the Friends of the Potteries Museums and Art Gallery and a volunteer recorder of breeding bird activity at Trentham Gardens and elsewhere in Staffordshire.

Nigel Pepper Solicitor appointed PASS trustee February 2010. High Court Enforcement Officer; Member of The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, Member of the Law Society Professional Negligence Panel; Vice Chairman of Brocton Football Club.

Interests include sport and assisting a number of organisations in the
voluntary sector.

Specialises in litigation, employment, licensing and personal injury work.

Jon Beech was appointed a trustee in February 2010. Jon runs his own specialist vehicle recovery company in Longton which he started 30 years ago. He is a founder member and shareholder of ARL based in Northampton the largest supplier of specialist recovery services to the British insurance industry. Jon is
advisor to the Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Freight Transport Committee in Westminster .He is also a shadow board member of the Longton Regeneration Board working with the local community and businesses.
His hobbies include classic cars
and trucks and social history.
